Ooomf. Eeek. Ouch. Up a pound this week. No good reason for it, so I’m hopeful it will go the way of all unearned pounds by this time next week.
Thanks to all who made suggestions for my uber-hunger problem on Sunday. As it turns out, I think the problem wasn’t the bike ride, but more that it’s just my “nibbly time” and that will soon be past. Still, though, your suggestions were good, and I’ll definitely start next weekend’s longer ride with something a little more substantial. I think it’s high time I tried this oats & peanut butter thing.
Overall, nutrition and exercise were good last week. I probably pushed the calorie limits a bit much on Sunday and Monday, but if I did, they were good calories so I’m not going to sweat it.
