		<description>I&#039;m not a weight loss expert, but I really like this post because I believe that it&#039;s the establishment and maintenance of a habit that&#039;s key to a healthy outcome.  Pattern, a repetition is what we respond positively to the best.  So, these are great tips.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Now, I will say that if I had arranged for early morning emails to goad me to workout, I&#039;d probably be in jail right now.</description>
